This is a great place to be in the summer. Blue water, river dam, bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean, and well kept. When we got to our room at 5PM the room was still not cleaned from the previous people. We watched 2 teenage boys clean our room for an hour. The room was in terrible shape. Great location but the rooms smell terrible and need maintenance along with new carpeting. Even with all the windows open, and after a shampooing the carpet, the room still smelled like a cat had been locked in it for days. If you have anosmia this may be a reasonable hotel but if not look elsewhere.
