We stayed here after biking on the Kal-Haven trail. Wonderful room with king size bed and fold out couch for our son. Everything clean. Pool is large and busy, but early in morning no one was using it. Smallish fitness center, but also has a play area with pool tables and ping pong and foosball. Restaurant was very nice with... More

Didn't get to spend much time in the hotel due to other obligations - but - what I did see and experience was awesome! Staff - very friendly. Room - very clean comfortable and spacious. Restaurant/bar looked really nice, but didn't have time to enjoy it. What I liked most was the old-style Holidome - it's not old in years,... More

Stayed here when my normal hotel was booked up for my whole trip. Pretty nice place. Room by the pool was a little loud but manageable. The shuttle driver bret who picked me up from the airport was a riot. It was nice after a long flight. Kalamazoo is my home away from home so its nice to find quality... More

Some colleagues and I go here every year in the springtime for a conference, and it's always a pleasure. The hotel is relatively simple but very good. The beds are very comfortable, though a feather pillow option would be good for those of us allergic to pillows that push back. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful -- perhaps the... More

Overall the stay was good, the staff was nice and the restaurant was great but unfortunately the morning after I checked out out my legs started itching and when I got home to Houston and undressed I noticed about 10 little bites all over me, I'm pretty sure it is bed bugs so I called the hotel and spoke to... i travel over 200 days per year, and i must say that this was a great hotel. The staff from check in, to the restaurant/bar staff were all very nice. Besides that, the rooms are very clean, nice and updated. The food at the restaurant was excellent & it was not your normal hotel bar and grill. I was there... More

Everything was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was a good one. Rooms were all maintained well and the lobby was well done. The food at the restraunt was excellent as well as their selection of draft beers. The fitness center is small with limited equipment, which... More

I stayed at this hotel several years ago, prior to the renovation, and decided to never return. It was drab, dingy, and almost depressing. However, due to being a Priority Club member (I am also a Hilton and Marriott point collector, but find the Holiday Inn program is the best in terms of getting reqard nights) I decided to try... We've stayed here before with minimal trouble, but not overly thrilled. We decided to give it another try. The first night was fine, although we asked for a cot and there was absolutely no way the cot would fit in the room. We had to sort of stick the cot mattress between the two beds. The next morning the pool... More

We stayed here one night for our son's hockey tournament at a nearby rink. The hotel was nice, clean, good restaurant, rooms were typical of a Holiday Inn. In general, it is a nice hotel. Pool area is a very attractive draw for families with children. Because we were staying with a hockey team, and several other teams were staying... More
