The staff in the hotel were very friendly and knowledgable. Service was very good. There is valet parking or parking which is a couple of dollars cheaper if you park it yourself under the hotel. this is a newly renovated hotel with brand new lobby, restaurant and rooms. everything is clean and modern, really great design. the pool is new and the gym is good, for what it is. i especially like the location, right in the center of grand rapids and easy access to a number of good restuarants/bars.

Very nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Great breakfast options! Valet parking at the hotel is $19, but there are cheaper structures nearby.

This is a really nice courtyard. Pool and exercise area better than most. The connected walkways to downtown destinations are fantastic. You can stay at the Courtyard and get to the JW via a walkway for an upscale bar or restaurant experience. Quiet, clean, updated. Great stay.
