This Hilton is conveniently located near GRR airport and local businesses and has a friendly welcome for its guests. This is complimented by a good breakfast crew and bar/restaurant in the evenings. After that the attractiveness is seriously diminished by average rooms with poorly fitting doors that have no return dampner (so lots of slamming doors into the metal frame)... More

This Hilton is conveniently located close the Grand Rapids airport and its restaurant staff is very courteous. But other than that, this property is quite average and below normal standards of a Hilton hotel. It is an older property that has not been renovated or updated in 10 years. So do not expect a memorable stay.

The hotel is aged, but the room was very large and bed was comfy. The bar was nice and staff were very friendly. The hotel doesn't have much in the way of suites, only two I believe, so "upgrades" don't really occur here at this location. I'd probably stay again if in the area.

This was my second business stay here this year and it was chosen because of it's close proximity to both the airport and the business I was visiting. After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive to try this hotel, but decided to give it a shot. After expecting a sub-par hotel and staff, I was extremely surprised that the hotel is very nice and the staff was very kind and willing to do anything to give me assistance. I would definitely stay there again.
