Pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were and the staff all had smiles on their faces and demonstrated they had pride in their work assignments. We really felt welcome. Overpriced for what you get. cons: Shower rods hanging off the walls. No in room fridges even in jacuzzi suites. Rather murky water in the pool. Kids running up and down the halls all night. Stayed at the hotel while on a ski trip to Boyne Mtn. Great place to stay. The rooms were clean, the service was awesome, and the convenience to the Walmart and restaurants was fabulous.
