We decided to go up North for the week and we decided to stay one night at this place (on our way to Gaylord for golf). This place is so far off the beaten path that we had to drive all the way to Gaylord to enjoy the evening (which now we realize we just should have stayed in Gaylord).... More

Eric, Thanks for taking time to give us your feedback. So sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our peaceful little motel. Many of our customers enjoy the view of the surrounding hills rather than looking out the window at Walmart's parking lot. I want to apologize for the issues with the TV and the bugs on the bathroom... More

This hotel is so cute and well decorated and you can tell how much they care!!! The beds are beautiful, there was popcorn and a microwave and a refrigerator. Plus, there's a bar across the street! I rented a room for my father while he was in town and he loved it!!!!

We recently stayed here for the first time on business, and were given a room away from the Managers residence. The property has been recently renovated and is very nice, no complaints there. I should preface my review by saying that my Family owned a motel at one time, so I know something about the business. It was the middle... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have reviewed your comments with our resident manager and in the future will do a better job of spreading out guests in rooms when possible. We sincerely apologize for the barking dog, we do not generally accept pets, and if we had known about the problem we... More

About 60 years ago, I used to go with The Detroit News Hiking Club, to the Old Waters Inn. There was a huge fireplace to keep the Inn warm. That was the ONLY heat! It was lots of fun! We had rope tows!!!!! Peggy McCarthy Davis

The Waters Inn is a renovated "mom & pop" hotel in Waters, Michigan. The cost for a room with 2 regular beds was $71 (including tax, no wifi). It has 10 hotel rooms. Our room was done in knotty pine and had a golf theme. The room was small but very clean and charmingly decorated. The hotel welcomes dogs which... More

What a sweet motel! Very clean and charming. Wireless wasn't free, but the room was so inexpensive, it didn't matter, didn't mind paying the $4.95 a day. They might want to just build that into the cost if they find a lot of people use it, just so it seems like it's "free" like other places. On the other hand,... More
