These rooms are not fancy, but they are nice and they are clean. Nice sized bathroom, very good water pressure, the bed was acceptable but not what I would call comfy. The included breakfast was good, and included make them yourself waffles. Located right next to the U.P. State Fair grounds for activities there. Close to shopping and downtown. More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during a vacation to the western U.P. The internet rate was unbelievable at less than $40/night for a basic room that included a refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast included make-your-own waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, milk, juice and coffee. The spa (hot tub) is nice and hot; we did not use the... More

Located off Highway 2, the Econo Lodge is conveniently located when traveling through the area. Room was clean and overall accommodations were basic. Breakfast offered was standard: cereal, toast, muffins, waffles, milk, juice and coffee. Good value at around $50 per night, 2 people. Friendly clerk. Served its purpose for a one night stay. More

Our stay was comfortable and reasonably priced. For the money it was very god. I would rate above average for a budget hotel. More

Needed a room for one night and this place was 53.00 and the Comfort Suites was 134.00. Glad we stayed here. Our room was small, very basic and needs updating, but it had a refrigerator and microwave. No coffee maker but they have 24 hr coffee near the lobby. No pool, but there is a hot tub with a nice... Remember your not paying for a holiday Inn. It is a good hotel for the money. Plain and simple. We were on our way to Wisconsin and it was a good place to stay. More

This is the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel. Each time it seems they put me a room worse than the previous. This latest room smells like dirty feet. There is no screen on the window so I can't air the room out. Of course I did not realize this until I had set up my stuff in... More

The hotel was very nice for the price and the room was very clean. The only problem was that someone had put soap in the hot tub and turning on the jets caused the suds to almost go over the edge. The front-desk worker had warned us about it, though, and was very nice about it. The sauna was very... More

Our trip lasted one more day than we expected, so we were looking for an inexpensive hotel in the Escanaba area, which is what we found. The woman at the front desk gave us a $49 rate! She was wonderful! She gave us directions to restaurants and a list of things to do in this little town. The room itself... More
