We chose this hotel due to it's convenient location to the golf courses where my sister was getting married. From the moment we were to check in, the customer service from the daytime individual was horrendous - interrupting questions, defensive on hotel errors and just didn't seem to enjoy her job at all! 1) Wedding block was all messed up... more

Dirty. Bed was not changed. Found the TV remote in the bed covers. The bathroom was not cleaned. Very, Very , Very Bad. more

We stayed here with a large group last weekend. Nice place, well maintained, clean, someplace you can feel safe in. The staff was top notch---they were trying real hard to make everything right and keep it running smooth. Nice people work there. As others said, the breakfast is kinda bland, but its there and is OK. Our room was nice.... more

This is a nice place to stay that is clean and comfortable. Dewitt is on the outskirts of town but only about 10 min from the airport which is nice. It is out in the country and very quiet. The breakfast is not spectacular, but adequate. They serve make-your-own-waffles which were quite good. I would stay there again. more

Our stay had a few problems: 1. a dirty dry washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we arrived to our room. 2. Someone who had previously stayed in the room left a black sock in between the bed and the nightstand which remained there the whole time we were there (a weekend) 3.
