Front entrance smelled funny. Parking lot needed to be mowed as tall weeds were growing up through the cracks. Sticky syrup-y substance on nightstand. Before staying here, you should know what you're getting into. This Howard Johnson hotel is probably at least 20-25 years old and has never been updated (except for the in room appliances). We booked this hotel just two days before the start of the July 4th holiday, so pretty much everything else was booked or wanted $200/night.
