We always stay at the Doubletree, when in Bay City, we love the service, the clean rooms, the friendly staff. This hotel has spoiled us, we always try to book Hiltons now, as we are now use to the special care they provide. And we believe their standard should be the standard for all. 5 star rating in our books!!

Wonderful hotel and first rate staff. I stayed on the River side which had a nice view both during the day as well as the night. The pool and hot tub area was very enjoyable aas well as the exercise room. The restaurant and lounge were top rate.

Overall had a great stay. Stayed in the two room suite. Appearance of the hotel and room were great. Easily the nicest DoubleTree I have stayed at. The balcony view of the river was nice as well. The hotel staff was very friendly, from check in to check out, as well as the restaraunt staff. The room was very clean and a nice size. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best sleep we had in quite a while.We would stay here or at another Doubletree again just based on this one night experience.
