My friend and I stayed at the Quality Inn on 10/18/2009. Our room was clean, the towels were incredibly soft (and snowy white!) and plentiful; bathroom was clean. I like this hotel .. Everytime I come to Worcester I stay here. Instead of paying $150 downtown I pay $89 at the Quality. Staff knows what room I need and there are days Deb at the desk brings me a Dunkin Coffee. What else do I need. Rooms are big if you are traveling for a couple days more
