This was a very fine place to stay and our host was very helpful....and generous. We had an ample breakfast by "continental standards"...much better than many motels offer. This is a cozy and cute place. Small, quiet, and centrally located. The beds were firm and comfortable. The lackof water pressure in the shower was the only negative. The Willows Motel came to our aid. We were staying in a very nasty place & I called the Willows to see if they could accomodate us. Not only did they accomodate us the price was reasonable. we stayed at the cottage for 1 night and were unpleasantly surprised. While the cottage is very large, the facilities are old and run down. Heating did not work, the beds are old and need replacement and the overall decor needs an urgent renovation. On the plus side, everything worked - the shower, TV, etc. More

The owners of the Willows motel have put their money in the right place. The bed was worthy of a five-star hotel. I have been staying over at the Willows every 3 weeks for the past 18 years now and am always pleased at how the owners are always trying to improve the amenities. There are a few restaurants just a short walk away, Asian, Italian and of course an all American diner, so leave the car behind. More
