My family came to visit from the West Coast and wanted to see the cape. We were 5 people and needed a suite. Yarmouth resort had that accomodation. When we entered the room, not only was it musty and damp smelling, the carpet was wet. The bed linens were damp as well. I was so embarrassed about this room. I... more

My first clue should have been there were rooms available at the height of summer season on the cape and priced at $99 on a weekend. I called Yarmouth Resort and was told there was a room available for the weekend. I asked if there was wi-fi, was told Yes. We arrived on 8/7/09,checked in and the room was on... more

I have to say, my wife and I were absolutely pleased with the excellent service we received at the Yarmouth Resort. We traveled with our two kids (4 and 1). The room was VERY clean. The staff was excellent. We asked to check out late because of our childrens' naps and there was no problem. I brought my computer with... more

The Yarmouth Resort at the Cape had the worse customer service I've ever experienced, and I travel a lot! Do not expect any shampoo or conditioner; nor are there hair dryers in the room. No computers or internet service. The Lady at the front desk who lives on the premises was very rude. The room smelled, the towels were ripped,... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Yarmouth Resort with my sister and her husband. Staying in two different rooms, we could see that the rooms can be so different, and so nice. We ended up with a great connecting room set up like a Cape Cottage. One room was a bedroom, very typical to a traditional hotel room.... more

If you want to stay in a hotel were the blankets have holes in them . The curtains do not cover the windows to insure your privacy. The hot tube in your room has a broken drain then stay at this fine place!! Where if you ask to talk with the manger she says you can leave and get a... more

We do value opinions and criticisms of our guests as they help us grow as a hotel/business and we can better serve the public. We do everything we can to correct any problems our guests have. Unfortunatley, there are some people that you just can't make happy. Instead of locking our guests into a room they do not want, we...

We were going to travel as a big family, so I booked two communicating rooms , and I also was assured that the rooms will have a coffee-maker and a microwave inside ( we travel with 2 small kids). Upon arrival, we met an irritated young man, who was in charge at the front desk. He stated that he was... more

Unfortunatley we cannot recall this specific instance. We do try to hire professional staff for the season but it can get very busy mid summer and occasionally the new employees can get overwhelmed. If anyone has any sort of problem we encourage our guests to speak to the manager. Especially if the room you were given was not the room...

We stayed there labor day weekend 2007..and it's got to be the worst place ever..the beds are falling apart ,smelly, filthy and just plain dirty ...the rooms are so outdated and the carpets are so old and dirty..I can't emphansize how disgusted my husband and I were...we stayed there 1 nite and the next morning we left canceling the 2nd... more

While we do apologize the room you stayed in was not up to your standards, we do offer newly renovated rooms for a slighlty higher price. This is a condominium hotel which means that as people are buying the rooms, they are able to renovate and decorate their rooms to their taste. These rooms have hardwood floors, fresh paint, wet...

Went to visit my son who was staying there. He was told that we could rent cots and stay with them for the night. Unfortunately that was not true, but the staff was so rude in telling us. Also stating on the phone it would be $10.00, but when we went to the desk it was $15.00. Their room was... more

It is true that some of or rooms are dated. But, we do have many rooms that are newly renovated as well as the lobby and hallways. We haven't renovated all of our rooms because this is a Condominium Hotel. When a person buys a unit, they are free to renovate and decorate to their tastes. This allows a wide...
