My husband & I have stayed at Lambert's Cove twice now - both times in the Sanibel room. The accommodation is very nice, although not luxurious. Having visited Martha's Vineyard several times I would say, however, that it's one of the best accommodations on the island. We would definitely come back again. Our stay was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. The... More

Having lived in the frantic pace of NYC for the last nine months, I was tired and frazzled and ready for a getaway. A repite that would refresh and rejuvenate me; a place of quiet reflection and peace. I booked a 4 day retreat at The Lambert's Cove Inn on Martha's Vineyard which had been highly recommended to me by... More

We stayed at Lambert's Cove Inn on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, the final night of the Martha's Vineyard leg of our Spring vacation. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by Mike, the general manager, who told us that we had a choice of two upgraded rooms; at no additional charge (we could also have kept our original... My husband and I planned our honeymoon to St. Lucia, but due to unforseen circumstances, this trip had to be cancelled. We already had scheduled our time off and couldn't change that and started researching other romantic locations. We luckily came upon the Lambert's Cove Inn and Restaurant website, which showed their accomodations and information on their inn. We called... More

Lambert's Cove Inn and Inn keeper Mike Rego hosted the most perfect winter wedding weekend. Lambert's was the perfect fit for us for our indoor 70 person wedding. My husband and I were looking for a very specific venue. Our indoor wedding had to have, romance, elegance ( a baby grand in the dining room! ), ambiance, amazing food (... More

Special decor; amazing landscape; very friendly stuff. I love the backyard. Breakfast in a nice room. Such a pity that the restaurant isn't open for the season; we would love to dine there! More

Best Valentine's day ever. Food was great and the staff was awesome. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make the night perfect. I'll be back again and again. More

My wife and I stayed at Lambert’s Cove on the 6th of February. Of course the service was absolutely amazing, we had the whole place to ourselves. But as we travel to off season places frequently, and then on season, we know off season is a measure of the service on season. This place is definitely incredible! Take caution driving... More

This is the most perfect Inn you could ever imagine, unless you get the room we did and are so overwhelmed by the smell of mold and mildew that you get sick. What a shame. We led it but have to find a new venue. More

Our Inn was built in 1790 and was totally renovated five years ago. The rooms are meticulously cleaned on a daily basis and rarely do we ever have a complaint about smells. Some guests are much more sensitive to certain smells than others and we try to keep the rooms as fragrance free as possible without losing the fresh clean... More
