Pretty fair not best but better than others in area. Breakfast sucked but room was clean n comfortable n clerk was very nice and helpful and I appreciated it. Hotel is renovating and is supposed to be evt better. Near stop&shop and Holyoke mall.

I didn't do a research prior to booking this location..Hotel looked abandoned.. The doors leading to the back of the hotel where we stayed for one night was broken...There were no security cameras in the rear of the hotel..So basically, you parked your vehicle at your own risk. We stayed her for one night on our tour of New England. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the sports bar was good, if basic, and the staff friendly. This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. It has that "old hotel" smell to it that is unmistakable. Also, pay close attention to the multitude of signs that state "Not Responsible for Damage or Loss from Vehicles." Would never stay here again! The Hotel is worse than all 2 Star Motels I ever stayed in. The tv didn't work, the floors were very unclean, all furniture very old! That hotel doesn't diserve 3 Stars!!!

Stayed in this hotel for 21 days. Front office staff were superb, pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping was a joke and my sheets were changes once in 3 weeks only because I requested they be changed. Hotel was cheap and cheerful but an extra effort to clean the place would go along way.
