Best Western TLC is a nice choice for a business visit. I visited Waltham for a workshop and stayed in this hotel for one night only. Even though the workshop was in Hotel Hilton Garden which was just 2 mins walk from this hotel, but I chose this hotel because the price was less compared to Hotel Hilton. I do...

I have been staying in hotels all around this one for several years (Westin, Summerfield Suites, etc.). I finally stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. The issues with the walls in the other reviews are true: They are thin and you can hear people in adjoining rooms. My room had a door to the next room, as many do. The...

We have a daughter going to Brandeis University, and stay in the Waltham area once or twice a semester. We've always stayed across the street at the HIE, but got a good deal at the Best Western through cheaprooms.com. Very nice motel which has been upgraded recently. Room was excellent, staff helpful and efficient, and breakfast was fine. Only complaint...

Stayed here one night while visiting Boston. Easy to get to the city via Interstate. Staff very attentive and helpful. Requested a rollaway on my way out to the car to grab my soda, it was brought to the room before I got back! I requested a few more towels because only three were originally provided (we had 4 in...

Spent four nights here on business. Room was very quiet. Had a top floor east facing room with a nice sunrise view. Staff was attentive and helpful. Internet worked great. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

There is street constriction going on in the middle of the night. I was told at the desk that the entire side of the hotel away from the construction was under renovation. Sounds like a hotel about to go out of business to me. After all who would stay at a hotel you can't sleep in. Service desk was unapplogetic.

The hotel wasn't bad, until I had someone in the next room. I could clearly hear their entire conversation. Yikes! Fortunately, that only happened for 2 nights. Also, I was there during Hurricane Irene and hoped that they might provide some food in the afternoon since everything was closed, but they looked at me like I was nuts! I walked...

Our family (two adults, two kids) stayed here for 3 days in August, 2011. Previously, we'd stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door, and we'd loved it. This time, however, it was full, so we tried the Best Western. The BW is somewhat cheaper, but the absolute only thing that was reflected in was the breakfast, which lacks meat...
