I stayed two weeks. The staff was great - very friendly. Nice rooms with two flat screen tvs - plus kitchen stocked with dinnerware, pots, etc. They will grocery shop for you for free!!! I stayed at this hotel with my sister & niece in the two bedroom suite. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was fresh & up-to-date. The included breakfast buffet choices were numerous & the dining room very pleasant . We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay. more

A very nice stay at the TownePlace Suites... 2 nights, and the small (free) breakfast was fine both mornings. It's nice to have a kitchen in the room, and we didn't need everything that the nearby Residence Inn has. A Cracker Barrel restaurant is within walking distance, and the 99 is just a 5 minute drive too. Best of all... more

We also were not told this hotel was undergoing renovations - additionally when we questioned the front desk about it they said they were a franchise and were not actually a Residence Inn - this didn't make a lot of sense. The breakfast room is TINY so it was hard to find a place to sit, the pool looked ok... more

We have stayed at this motel in the past for softball tournaments and had no problems but this trip was a little upsetting. Check in is slated for 3:00 PM yet when we arrived the room was not ready.
