19 of us gathered to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. It was an incredible weekend. The Inn is just beautiful- comfortable, welcoming with wonderful breakfasts and lovely hosts. We could not have found a more perfect place for 4 families, children and one grandmother to gather. Kolleen and Brian are the perfect hosts!

The Berkshires is a rustic, secluded area mostly offering expensive and shabby accommodations. It was difficult to find sound lodgings with modern amenities which was reasonably priced... relative to the region. Our stay at the Federal House Inn was very enjoyable. The accommodations were excellent. The Innkeeper was very helpful in giving suggestions and necessary directions. Take time to enjoy a drink on the front lawn.

Our stay at the Federal House Inn was remarkable. It is a beautiful, historical home, very comfortable (great beds) and inviting. We were treated like VIPs and at the same time, like old friends.
