Not a fancy chain motel, the landlady answers the door with a toddler on her hip and a smile. Place is old but clean and bed is comfortable. Has a nice looking pool but I didn't try it. Free wireless..take that big chains. What more do you want for $78??

Cob webs in the corners, beds were so soft we couldn't sleep together. I will drive 50 miles rather than stay there again. Don't leave anything in the room that is pretty, our tenants clean the rooms, I was told. Apparently they have renters. Things will disappear.

The Red Rose is comfortable, clean and yet affordable. The owner, Laura is the sweetest woman ever. Shes always friendly and happy to help in anyway. Have great time there! They have the best facilities around Charlemont. They have pool access, horseshoes, volleyball, weights, they have beer in the freezer all the time. Its the best! Go to the red rose, where all of your dreams will come true!

The Red Rose Motel is a great place to stay. Our family went rafting with Crab Apple, and not being from the area, needed a place to stay.
