I booked at the last minute and found reservations only here. Though I saw some bad reviews , I decided to give it a try since I did not have any other option. Front desk person was nice and the other staff were all very nice. But the room had a stale smell and within 5 mins of being on the... more

The location of this motel is great because it is right in downtown Sandwich but other than that its a dump. We had to try multiple rooms before we found one that the AC actually worked in, but once we found the room it still had a fan in it in order to push the AC around the room. The... more

We stayed at the Sandwich Lodge and Resort for two nights. We had two rooms. Our room was a little dirty and it smelled. The boxspring was stained. The coffee is awful. Luckily the indoor pool area was nice because it was raining so the teens were able to swim. Other than that, save your money and go elsewhere. There... more

Our stay was over a weekend, we had a quaint room with all the amenities. Front desk was very helpful and there were all kinds of things to do. The British Beer Co next door acknowledged that we had been guests and gave us that little extra. (plus 10% discount) I would definetly stay again. more

After reading some of the reviews on here, thought the place would be awful, but it was nice. We were down for a baseball tourney and the majority of our team--and several other teams--stayed here. Staff was pleasant during the day, a little testy at night. Location was great, room was nice and spacious. Could hear our next door neighbors,... more

The bride booked this dump for her wedding guests because it was "affordable." The room smelled like dirty clothes, the bathtub and shower curtain were moldy and the breakfast room staff was surly. I guess it was the only place in town with enough vacant rooms to handle all of the guests, but I would have been willing to pay... more

Avoid thi place. Perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It wasn't just in need of updatign... It was downright dirty. The stove had abou 30 years of caked-on dirt on the stovetop. I'd be surprised if they own a vacuum. more

My fiance and myself stayed here last week for 2 nights. We read some of the reviews and we were concerned but took our chances. It wasn't bad like alot of people wrote about. We liked the location...it was a nice drive to Hyannis on 6a and the road wasn't congested. The room had a king bed, they could afford... more

We stayed here for a week -- visiting family. We like a king size bed and that was one reason we chose this spot -- plus wanted to have a room refrigerator. The bed was OK but really needs to be replaced -- my husband found it hard on his back. The lighting was very poor so trying to read... more

Great location. Everything very close. Not sure why they use the name resort but this place is a motel. Glad I was only staying 1 night. Not filthy but not superclean either. Beware you will need a code for the internet which you have to get at the desk. Don't ask..... more
