The inkeeper made the experience enjoyable and refreshing. The breakfast was made to order and included a delicious omelet and a tasty fruit plate. We were made to feel extra special. There were delicious chocolates in the room at bedtime. The best part of our stay was the beauty of the grounds and room and the attentive, helpful inkeeper. more

The host was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing - great food and lots of it! We had fresh towels in our room everyday, chocolates on our bed at night, lots of little extras. It was a nice old-fashioned house and I would definitely go back again. more

Ted Diggle is a genuine host. He has a fantastic knowledge of the area and generously shares this with his guests. Our room was cosy with all the necessary amenities required by the traveller, and the breakfasts are to die for! Staying here was a really lovely end to our hoilday and we thoroughly recommend it. more

We cannot think to a better Bed & Breakfast to stay. The place is fantastic, the rooms incredible and Ted is an excellent housekeeper, always available and really kind. And least but not last his breakfast is something you'll not forget!!! more

We were attending a wedding on Cape Cod and made our reservation one month in advance. There were not any rooms available two nights in a row. On July 8, 2009 I made two reservations online for the Windfall House, in Sandwich, Cape Cod, MA. The first reservation was for August 7 and the second was for September 11. I received a confirmation email the same day for both reservations. I do not usually print my confirmation emails for accommodations to take with me on the trip.... more

Ted (the owner) is extremley accommodating and a great cook. He really cares about his home and the guests that stay in it. We spent 5 days there and had a great time, Sandwich is really lovely, full of history. The guest house is only 5 minutes walk from the centre.Nothing is too much trouble for Ted.
