My wife and I have been going to Rockport for a long time and we have stayed at the Seafarer for the last ten years. We have stayed in a variety of rooms, all comfortable with great views. The location is great for a quiet ocean view and a cliff walk into town. The hosts are personable, very helpful and... More

Highly recommend. Innkeeper Dolores lovely lady, great breakfast overlooking ocean. Views from 3rd floor room of ocean from every window. Price was right. Room was fastidiously clean and comfortable. Location quiet and serene. More

We were on the last day of our tour of New England, we needed to be within an hour of Logan Airport and wanted a ground (First) Floor Room where we could bring in all our stuff to sort out our packing. Seafarer was recommended by another Innkeeper in town and was perfectly located. Outside the busy town but on... More

We have stayed here many times over the past ten years, The Seafarer is a real gem. The location is beautiful, on a quiet street, with wonderful views of the water. The inn itself is charming, very clean, with lovely and comfortable rooms. The innkeepers are delightful, and go out of their way to be helpful and informative. The breakfast... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Inn for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a surprise get away. The owner, Dolores, was very helpful in putting our visit together. She recommended a local florist and made sure the roses I had delivered found their way to a prominent spot in our room. She gave us many tips on... More

The view from the Master Suite was excellent. Wonderful breeze comes through. Do not stay in the twin bed rooms second floor. No air/no cross ventilation. HOT in the summer / no over head fan. Inn keepers were very pleasant. Doloros was full of information for us. All in all, the inn needs maintainence work, badly. Second floor guest bathroom... More

We stayed at The Seafarer Inn in Rockport, MA (not Maine) for the weekend. Every room has a view of the ocean and we could hear the surf from our room. It is on a quiet street, with lovely homes, but still just a mile from bustling Rockport. There are 9 rooms - we stayed on the third floor in... More

We stayed at the Seafarer Inn at #50 Marmion Way this past Friday, 9/1/2006. We are from MA, and we came up with the rockport plan that same day around 4:00 PM. We called the Inn and they were super friendly. They had a room for us and we were on our way. The Inn is on Marmion Way, in... More
