This motel is one of the best locations in Rockport, directly across from Front Beach. The downtown area is only a few blocks away. Great location across the street from a public beach. Walking distance to many shops and resturants. New owner doing remodel. A little rough around the edges. But has refrigerator, coffee maker and wireless internet. No phones in the rooms. Front desk not always staffed. All that said for a beach front no a bad choice.
