Stayed here one night this month en route to vacation. Motel was easy to find, room was good, breakfast was the usual, which is good enough for us as long as it's included in the rate, rate was quite good. A good place to stay between Cape Cod and Boston.

Single-story property just off Rt 24 on Rt 44. Bed was average. Bathroom was clean. No tub, just a shower stall. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to complain about if you're looking for an average room. There is an outdoor pool which I did not use so no comment.
