We stayed for one night in May 2013 as a couple with a friend and booked two rooms. The Bradford carver was very close to the centre of town and therefore easily accessible to restuarants and shops by foot. there was parking available which was a bonus in Provincetown. the rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy and there was a... This is a welcoming and well run guest house in a great location. The centre of Provincetown is near by as are restaurants and the sea. Bill and Carlos are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is also good parking which is a necessity there.

To All Future Visitor's, We tried a very nice B&B on Martha’s Vinyard last year and several times thought, we should have returned to stay with Bill & Jose again! This year we did and will for ALL our future Cape Cod trips. There isn’t one thing we would change for our next stay with the ever thoughtful, honest and... More

I stayed here for the first time in 2012. Although I think the house is a bit cluttered with furniture, pictures and knick-knacks, the gentlemen that run this B&B are incredibly sweet and conscientious. For me, it was a great location also; central to town but not in the heart of all the noise and flocks of people. The price... More

This place is full to the brim with stuff...paintings, ornaments and furniture, but there is still room for a very warm welcome. There were low season rates which made it a very attractive option for budget travellers.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Bradford Carver House. My room was clean ,cosy and comfortable. The house is close walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants on Commercial St. Jose and Bill were very welcoming and made me feel very much at home. Jose found my left-behind jacket and was kind enough to mail it... More

Room needed the AC; quite warm upstairs. Too much stuff around, gathering dust. Breakfast was pretty spartan with cold cereal, hard bolied egg, juice from a jug, and pastries from supermarket. Hosts were pleasant, but not very proactive in terms of reservations, other tips.Location was minutes from the center of town and walking distance from the ferry. Very quiet in... More

All our bedrooms have air conditioning. Upstairs on the 2nd floor at times it gets warm. That is why we have air conditioning that should be used if you would like it cooler. Throughout our home we do have a lot of antiques, older furniture, collectibles, nick nacks, etc. for people to enjoy. We constantly get nice compliments about these.... More

My wife and I stopped in Provincetown for the night on our New England road trip, and came across the Inn after a recommendation from the tourist information in the town. We were welcomed warmly, and were able to able to get extremely good rates. The room was clean, well appointed with ensuite shower, and sumptuously decorated with attention to... More
