The Grand View Inn was so wonderful. The accomodations were charming, spotless and very centrally located. Gary was extremely pleasant, friendly and coudn't do enough. He made an extra special effort to be flexible in our stay during one of the busiest weekends of the season. We have been going to Provincetown Inn for nine years and the Grand View... More

We had the pleasure of staying at The Grand View for 6 nights. We can't say enough about this place! The personal touches from Jeff and Gary made all the difference. We felt so taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our room was cozy and we slept great every night. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and the coffee... More

The owners are more interested in visiting shows then being good hosts. They just do it the easiest way..... Plastic knifes, plastic cups and platic plates in the morning in a expensive B&B are DISGUSTING. There was no coffee during the day, the rooms are tiny, the public lounge is small and not cozy. The only nice thing were the... More

My boyfriend, our 2 friends, and I all stayed in one room at the Grandview during a typical beautiful weekend in P-Town. We were so impressed with the location and the fact that the inn had parking! The innkeepers, Gary and Jeff were always around and able to provide us great recommendations on restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The inn also... More

Great stay, great price, fantastic friendly hosts, center of town. This was not my first trip to Provincetown but my first stay at the Grand View Inn, It will not be my last. The place is great. Do not let the shared bath scare you as I never ran into a situation of waiting, nor running into people. The house... More

The Grandview Inn has the basics you need to have a great vacation in Ptown. We weren't looking to spend alot of money on a hotel but the place needed to be clean and have great access to the town and beach. Really you cannot complain about the cleanliness of the room. They changed garbages and put on fresh sheets... More

I personally was very skeptical when my partner and I were booking this hotel for our stay in P-town. Reasons being ware that (1) it had too many rooms with shared bathrooms (2) we never heard of it (now we know we just did not pay attention) (3) web site was not giving us a full overview of rooms and... Previous owners were just wonderful; and I frequented this place for years. Unfortunately, Jeff and Gary, purchased this place about 3 years ago....so, the best years seem to be behind this abode. I used to cherish my annual visits, and used to consider it my home away from home. Last visit, new owners refused to interact openly with guests. They... More

We ended up in P-Town for a mid-week stay during family week. Being that we're not parents, the place was great for us. It was neat, clean and quiet, but also had some fun guests who had chosen the Grand View for their stay in town. The location is fantastic and is only steps from great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.... More

this place is a strong value...not luxurious in any sense, but a well-run B&B near the Boat Slip. It is quiet, offers a good breakfast and is managed by a very nice couple. i would stay there again without reservation. More
