Again The Sunset Inn made our vacation perfect. Andy and Lenny are the best hosts, on arrival they made us so welcome and it is like meeting friends again. The Inn is perfect and rooms so clean, decks perfect with views over the bay. Always a lovely smile and chat in the morning with a lovely breakfast, hot coffee, muffins... More

The innkeepers were very helpful when we checked in late, but that and the great location were the real positives. In an area with so many options, we were surprised at the ordinariness of the inn. The innkeeper seemed to hover over the guests to make sure they were adhering to the many signs indicating what you could and could... More

Quaint Inn in the heart of Provincetown. 1 Block from Commercial, convenient to restaurants and shopping. About a 10 minute ride (bike or car) to the beach. The accomodations are clean and well cared for. The staff is pleasent and courteous & extremely accomodating as well as ecologically (green) conscious. This is my second stay there in the last 2... They are both very hands on, anything you need, just ask......the staff is extremely friendly, they go above and beyond with every request. Stayed here this past weekend. The room was very large compared with other inns in p-town, as was the bathroom. The staff were nice and friendly, parking was included, and it's a block from Commercial Street right in the heart of the action. The Inn itself is a great structure, and the common areas were nicely appointed, as were the... More

Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, bars/lounges one will find this charming Inn. Nice size room with very comfortable bed, fridge and private bath. Three (3) decks with striking views of the harbor and sunsets (even in February). Good continental breakfast, friendly staff and accommodating staff. When in Ptown, this will be my first choice. We thought that the Inn was very nice until we went for a walk and came back to our room being robbed. We came back to find that after our room had been cleaned we were missing a significant amount of money. We immediately went down stairs to let the owner know that this had happened. He proceeded to tell... More

Owners were friendly and helpful. Room was ok; clean, with a good bed and a fridge and it’s really nice to have breakfast included. However, while not unique to this B&B, the practice of serving the entire breakfast on disposable bowls / cutlery seemed very environmentally unfriendly. I probably wouldn’t mention this were it not for the usual "we're committed... More

While many of the places in P-town are far from luxurious, I don't think that should influence the fact that this place was overpriced for a simply mediocre room. The room was small, with mildew on the ceiling, and cracks in the walls. It appeared to be decorated from items gathered from beach garage sales. The Inn Keeper mostly barked... More
