We rented an Aerie House beachfront studio for one night in February. Quick getaway. Gorgeous, immaculate, with thoughtful details like champagne in the fridge. Upsides: location, charm, cozy loft, kitchen. Downside: broken, uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we mentioned this to the owner).
