Well we were very happy with the 5 days we were there clean friendly and the service from every one was great we had a problem with the toilet and that was fixed right away. We were to stay upstairs and Mike found out from my wife that I could not go up stairs and moved us downs stairs. Jared... more

Consider this a reality check from some of these other reviews. Elephant Walk is one block from where everything is happening off Commercial St. and has the best rates around $159 per night high season. Please think about that before you compare this house with $300-$500 guest rooms. This is an old guest house, rough around the edges, but very... more

I don't normally contribute to trip advisor however I feel the postings for the Elephant Walk do not accurately reflect its reputation. I expected to have a dreadful stay after reading the posts on the site. We arrived at 830pm. Great location, 10 min walk from ferry pier and downtown. We rang the door bell and were greeted by Mike,... more

Elephant walk inn is a real bad place. The owner has a nasty attitude. He gets angry if you ask for anything. The rooms have broken furniture and all kinds of problems. Trust me, you do not want to stay there. more

We booked early and received a great rate. The staff was kind and took great effort to help us book a private dinner in town. The Inn is full of eclectic, sometimes beautiful artwork, with a real Provincetown feel. We will stay again. more

The owner who is quite old and bitter was rude when I made the reservation. We arrived late afternoon and the room hadn't been cleaned and so we offered to change our own sheets. We stayed for two nights and were rushed out the door our last morning. Received a knock on the door at 9:30 and was rudely advised... more

The owner was kind enough to offer a 2-night stay to Metropolitan Community Church of Boston as a prize for the church fundraising raffle and we won. We stayed in Spring on Easter weekend. We loved the Victorian atmosphere, furnishings, and paintings. House staff man was very friendly but also unobtrusive, and room was cleaned daily. Owner was away at... more

We arrived on a Saturday morning from the Boston-P-Town ferry, and the place we had reserved the night before had "lost" our reservation, so we stumbled upon the vacancy sign at Elephant Walk Inn. The collection of paintings here are beautiful, and they are what give this place character. The owners were polite when we checked in, and then we... more

Although I would have liked this place to be nicer, I do not think this place is as bad as most reviews nor as good as the most recent. If I had to place this on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give it a 5. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The windows need to... more

I just stayed the weekend of 7/20/07. The room was nice. It is one of the few B and B's that has two double beds. The price is very good when compared to other places with two beds in the room. The location is good. The art work makes the place charming, and the patio has an excellent view of... more
