Incredible views over the bay and of the lighthouses (amazing sunrises). Far enough out to avoid bustle but still an easy walk along the beach in to town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Hotel service but with the perks of self-catering. Had a great time despite the rain, would recommend to anyone. More

Surprise, surprise, The Watermark is PERFECT! (Again). The Watermark remains a unique option in Provincetown (and maybe anyplace?!): "boutique hotel" styling/aesthetic; great for families with little kids looking for that "special beach vacation when the kids are little" experience; equally idyllic for couples looking for utter peace and relaxation; location quiet but close enough to town center to easily walk... The Watermark Inn is a great option for families. While researching places for families in P-Town, I found it difficult to find a nice place that welcomed young children. The Watermark Inn is a nice place that welcomes children. Our family of 4 had in Suite 7 and 8 which were side-by-side on the upper floor with its own private... More

I stayed at the Watermark Inn in Provincetown with friends early in June of 2010. The Inn is located in a quiet but in-town location right on the Bay. Our room, which was impeccably furnished and clean, opened to a deck right on the water. The location and room were both lovely. I must also mention the fantastic service we... More

For starters the Watermark isn't really an inn. It looks like one with it's charming many gabled design, but each dwelling is really a very private apartment with kitchen, spacious livingroom and bedroom, nice bathroom and a private deck overlooking Provincetown bay. Plenty of room to hang out in if the weather should turn bad. Apartments usually rent by the... More

Me & my partner were looking for total relaxation in a beach front apartment in Cape Cod - a destination I've always wanted to visit. Nothing prepared me from disembarking the ferry from Boston to Provincetown - it was idyllic. This was only topped after walking along the picturesque 'Commercial street', laiden with heavy luggage, when we arrived at Suite... More

My partner and I have been staying at the Watermark Inn every summer for 16 years, and I always book for the next year before I leave. There just isn't anything else quite like it in town. The waterfront rooms with sliding doors out to private terraces are the best feature. The view of Provincetown Bay with views from Truro... More

We had a lovely sea view room, balcony was great for chilling out on & reading books. So relaxing and a beautiful location right on the beach. It was about a 20 minute gentle walk to town, and the lovely chap who checked us in recommended the mayflower cafe for supper which was great. lovely food, good service, not too... More

We've returned annually to the Watermark for over 15 years. One could not find a more perfect combination of proximity to the water, walking distance to town, quiet solitude and breathtaking beauty just beyond your door. The design aesthetic of the suites is superb and serves to enhance , not compete with, the effects of the light, water and sky... More

Found this great spot with my girlfriend over Valentine's Day weekend. Right on the water. Very romantic. Service was great and the staff was more than hospitable. Will definitely be coming back here next time I am on the cape. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay at a quality establishment. More
