The Inn at Cook Street has a quiet location yet is a short walk to art galleries, restaurants and shops. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful John and the owners were. If you needed anything, they were there to help you out. We enjoyed eating breakfast with the other guests each morning. Breakfast was eggs or pancakes along with... more

Again and again, we venture to Provincetown, not only to one of favorite vacation spots on earth, but also to the warmly inviting Inn at Cook Street, our home away from home. Doreen, Lisa, John, and staff, create an atmosphere where each guests feels like part of the family. From our artfully decorated, comfy room (we've stayed in nearly every... more

We booked the Koi Cottage on an excursion to celebrate my partner's birthday- all of our expectations were far exceeded. The cottage was perfect down to each detail, including the pre-arranged champagne chilled and awaiting our arrival. The innkeepers-Lisa, Doreen, and John- were fantastic, available and attentive when needed, yet we were afforded the right amount of privacy and solitude.... more

My partner and I have visited Provincetown hundreds of times, and were fortunate to spend an entire week in June at The Inn at Cook Street, our first stay there. We would recommend it to any and all of our friends! Lisa and Doreen, as well and John and Jennifer, acted professionally in every aspect of our stay, providing us... more

My husband and I try to get here every Labor Day week-end.....it is a wonderful, charming B&B and we just love the Garden Suite - our own private entrance - living room, large bedroom and immaculate bathroom! The breakfasts are very nice and especially healthy, too! Lisa, Doreen and John are very accommodating and friendly ~ We park our car... more

This was our first trip to the Cape and to Provincetown. We picked the Inn at Cook Street by carefully reading reviews on Tripadvisor and googling around for what we wanted. The reviews helped us get what were looking for... a very clean, very nicely furnished room in a very convenient location w/o being on a busy noisy street. We... more

One of the things I want most when I travel is to be able to count on something to be the way it was before (that is assuming Iiked it). I love consistancy and to know I can count on something. Such is the case every time I go to The Inn at Cookstreet in P town. I love being... more

Lisa, Doreen and staff were wonderful and take great pride in their Inn (and it shows). We loved our room (the Retreat suite) -- it was well appointed and very comfortable, especially the sheets! The breakfast was delicious with fresh baked pastries, egg dishes and a variety of fruits and healthy cereals. We also loved the afternoon cookies/brownies... nice touch.... more

This was our first visit to Ptown and we loved it. The Inn is on the East Side, away from the hub bub but easy walking distance. Our suite was fully equipped with everything one could want and very quiet and comfortable. The Inn's owners recommended and reserved 2 dinners for us which we both fabulous, and also easy walking... more

My partner and I recently stayed a week at the Inn and loved it. Everything about the stay was first rate beginning with the tastefully decorated common rooms, the room/suite itself and the hospitality of the owners. The breakfasts are a true treat, prepared by John their outstanding cook and morning host, whose gentle greetings ease you into the day... more
