We chose 8 Dyer because it is among the very few accommodations in Provincetown that advertise themselves as wheelchair/handicapped accessible. What we didn't know is that Tim and Frank would wow us with their hospitality and warmth, and that the only word we had as we left on Sunday morning was "perfect." My partner is a stroke survivor who walks... More

The best way I can describe our stay at the 8 Dyer: any time our vacation in Provincetown is mentioned, a big huge smile lights up our faces and we immediately start talking about the wonderful the inn and how amazing Frank is! We spent a week there and I booked the coziest room (room 12), but during our stay... More

Tim and Frank are such personable, terrific hosts that I thought I had actually stayed the weekend at a friends' house and I needed to follow up with a thank you note. They're the kind of people that you say, "We could be friends," then, "I wish we were friends." Frank settles you in and Tim cooks ... boy does... More

My mom always said : Never send a thank you note in response to a thank you...but I have to say......thank you. It was a pleasure having you and yours at the inn. More

This was our second time staying at the 8 Dyer Hotel and once again we have received amazing service. They always make us feel at home. The rooms are clean and romantic. We have stayed in both a basic room and a penthouse. Both times we have been more then happy. One of our favorite pastimes has become sitting in... More

This was our first time staying at a B&B and it was perfect! Tim and Frank are so welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and we didn't feel like we were intruding in someone's private home. As a previous reviewer stated, it's more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. We stayed in the penthouse, which was worth the extra splurge... More

tim & frank are attentive, kind, and incredibly stylish. so naturally, they've set up a beautiful and comfortable place that manages to stoke the inner royal/hippie child in me. the minimalist style of the interior -gorgeous wood floors, metal accents, soothing colors- set the stage for sunlight to stream in and play with my senses, while i soaked in the... My husband and I stayed at 8 Dyer on 2/18/12. We were celebrating my birthday with a little winter getaway and 8 Dyer fit the bill perfectly! We stayed in Penthouse 3 which was just as amazing as the pictures online portrayed. 8 Dyer is a combination of a stylish, big city, boutique hotel with the friendly, approachable and laid... More

My boyfriend and I stayed there one night in December and it was an amazing off-season hotel. It is cozy, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious; we ate Tim and Frank's homemade biscouts and honey made from their neighbors' bees along with money other great food. They were able to give us tips about what good restaurants would... More

This was our fourth overnight trip to Provincetown and our first to 8 Dyer. It won't be our last. Frank and Tim have created the perfect spot to get away, our room was well appointed, and the loft with the tub and bath bombs really upgraded the experience. The Inn itself was charming and relaxed, the common spaces comfortable and... More

We spent Halloween weekend at this great B&B and the owners were amazing. They took care of all of their guests and made everyone feel welcome. We had a northeaster that weekend so it was nice to snuggle indoors while the wind whirled outside. We lost power for some time but the owners still managed to take care of everyone.... More
