We stayed one night on Sunday April 16th 2012 and found this a great value, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Tom the owner was wonderful. He gave my sister an upgrade on our room, and was very friendly. We will definitely stay again

We like to stay in the townhouses for weekend breaks from Boston. Having a kitchen gives us freedom to come and go from the beach as needed, but we have also rented the upper floor double rooms separately, and these are very comfortable, too. The owners are locals, and very helpful. There is a supermarket just across the street, too.
