Best place on Cape Cod for the price and location. We stayed at the motel for a wedding and it was great. Close and convenient for everything. It was: clean, comfortable and reasonable. Everything we would expect was there. Owners live on site to maintain property and handle any problem, if one should come up. They were very friendly and... More

You get what you pay for: Lousy shower and an old TV. There are better motels in the Orleans area. More

We stayed at the cottages in September. It was just what we needed as we were traveling with friends who we staying at a nearby campground. This was a four day hike/bike/canoe trip for us so the location was convenient for all our activities. We were able to cook our breakfast and make lunches for our day trips. For the... More

The cottages were comfortable and reasonably clean considering it is the end of the summer season. I would guess they will all be scheduled for a DEEP CLEAN in the off season. The grounds could use some clean-up, but then Hurricane Irene had payed a visit to the Cape. We used the cottage for a base of operation for a... More

We stayed at the Ridgewood Motel the week of Sept. 11-13th. The motel is a nice small one where the owners live on site. Stan, the owner, was great he was always around and answered any question we had. Since this was our first time visit to the Cape it was nice to have someone give us ideas on what... More

During the summer, it is extremely difficult to find an affordable place to stay on Cape Cod that's not so touristy. (If you've ever driven down Route 28 in Yarmouth, you know what I mean.) This past June my friends and I stayed at the Ridgewood Motel & Cottages as a sort of girlfriend retreat and we loved that it... More

Stan, the owner, spent a lot of time with us, providing us with great tips on all the best places to eat and visit. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was wonderful. The free coffee and pastries each morning was a nice touch. We will definitely return... More

We're return visitors at the Ridgewood, for good reason. Whether traveling with children (as we did several years ago) or traveling as a couple, the Ridgewood is perfect. Our room was comfortable, fresh-smelling, wonderfully clean and economically priced. We especially enjoyed ending our day in the lovely backyard with a glass of wine: the perennial gardens throughout the property, for... More

Having visited the Cape for the last few years fly fishing for stripers we found the cottage so much better than a motel room. The cottage was clean with basic but good fixtures and fittings, the owners were very helpful. The only enhancement for us would be a signal booster for the free WiFi - the signal doesn't reach the... More

We stayed in a motel room there for one night because it was convenient to the Cape Cod Nat'l Seashore as well as Provincetown. The room was very clean and the owner was knowledgeable about the area. The grounds were well kept and the room rate was reasonable. We would sty there again. More
