up dating....We stayed 2 nights...Room was clean, bedding ok....but the rooms need serious updating!!! Old and dumpy!! Our first room had an air conditioner that sounded like a jet engine....looked like it had not been cleaned...ever....the second room ..the air condtioner was quieter but the TV picture was fuzzy....Glad we had many things to do..... more

Stayed once again at the Rodeway in Orleans, only this time for 3 nights. I heard a lot of complaints about the hotel before I arrived, but didn't find anything wrong with it, for our needs. Althought the room we had last time was a lot nicer, all we really needed it for was to sleep. It is a bit... more

This summer we decided to stay in Orleans at the Rodeway Inn/ Orleans Holiday Motel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly! The room fit all of our needs and everything was incredible. The service was great, and everyone had a fun-filled enjoyable time. The rooms were very updated, and all of the staff was very... more

Well, on the surface the room seemed okay and the pool looked nice. However, the room we stayed in had bed bugs. I left with several bites. I saw bugs under the dust ruffle and there were stains that indicate a previous if not current infestation. UGH!!! None of the other "okay" parts of the motel make up for this.... more

This was a late reservation on our recent trip to Boston/Cape Cod. We had been staying at some pretty nice locations all week; so we decided to "economize" a little for one night. For what we received, I don't know if it was really such a "deal" or not. Our room was pretty outdated. Musty smell. Beds fair at best.... more

We travelled to the Cape as a last minute vacation idea after making sure the weather would be decent. We have two young children and were taking a risk of having no reservations. This was the only place that had 1 room left (on a Sat, at the end of a long day at the beach) so we checked it... more

Do not stay at this motel. I needed a place to stay one night and this was the only one with vacancy. I should have known why. We went from staying at The Cove (right down the street and very nice) to here because theyd didnt have a room available for Saturday night. The room at the Holiday Motel had... more

Our family of 4 enjoyed a 2 bedroom suite that was clean, updated and a great price for the upscale area of Orleans, MA. The downside is that the motel is located at a busy intersection, there is no view/landscaped lawn, but the pool was very large, clean with plenty of chairs and tables. If you're not looking to spend... more

We booked a weekend here in mid-summer and found it to be perfect for our needs (affordable, clean, easy to get to, close to good food). It is just north of the Orleans rotary, and on the highway, so it isn't a quiet place, but there are several good places to eat (seafood, etc) within walking distance. The pool was... more
