It's about 25 minutes from downtown Boston, but worth the drive since the room price is far less than similar hotels closer to the city. Two minor gripes: the pool hours changed from what was posted, which was annoying since we made plans around this and despite reserving the room for two adults and two children (four people) they never put the right number of towels in the bathroom.... Located near Boston and area conference sites. Nice rooms and small bistro in lobby for convenience....a little pricey but better than traveling out at night. Good restaurants within mile or two.

Visited my sister who lives in Jamaica Plains near Boston. This is a little far but conveniently close to major highway so Boston is within 15-20 min drive if there is not a lot of traffic. Driving locally to Jamaica Plains would've been much longer. Don't let the outside of the hotel fool you.... it's been beautifully and newly renovated... More
