We were staying at the motel for one night. We found the motel to be very clean and spacious. It is great to have a view of the ocean right outside your door. The price was also good. We were very happy with our stay UNTIL we awoke from a sound sleep to a blaring alarm going off at 4am.... More

Our first time in Cape Cod! We had so many options when we planned the trip, and ended up at the Seagull because it had A/C. Can't imagine staying anywhere else.....Clean, friendly, excellent maid service, quiet, felt like home. The private beach and morning view are SPECTACULAR! Bring OFF for your legs when walking the beaches so avoid sand flea... More

My fiancee and I recently stayed at the SeaGull. Can't say enough nice things about this motel. I read one of the reviews that said the beach was dirty. This couldn't be farther from the truth. The beach was clean - no litter, no dog waste, nothing. I suspect the presence of dried seaweed looked "dirty" to the poster. The... More

This is a no-frills place right on the beach, 5 minutes outside of Ptown. It's on the older side & the furnishings reflect that (pink and black tile, bedding is seriously old-school), but it's kept SPARKLING clean & that's what I care about! The sheets were so bleachy-clean they almost glowed! We had a very nice stay for 3 days... More

the rooms were very clean it was odd to see such dated furntiure in such good repair, The room DID NOT smell musty as many of the other hotel rooms do in the area. For the price you cant beat it. there is a boardwalk all the way down to the beach, beware of the ticks on the beach It... More

Found this motel is a good value compared to other accommodations in the N. Truro area. We stayed in the motel section (rooms with kitchenettes also available) for two nights - with two comfortable double beds, newer carpet, small table with two chairs, desk, mini-fridge and fast wi-fi. Bathroom was retro 50s (pink/black tile), clean with plenty of space for... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Provincetown the next day. It was a basic motel room, nothing special. It was an older motel that had had some renovations. It was clean and functional. It was on the beach, but I’ve seen better. The owners were friendly and helpful. We paid $160 a night, which I thought... More

Rooms are spartan, but for $130/night there cannot be any complaining. So close to Provincetown and a sandy dune beach in the backyard. What more could you want? More

People who are looking for a relaxing vacation should seriously consider this place. The rooms are clean and well kept, the person in the office was very kind. The beach has a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay and the Provincetown skyline. It is not the fanciest place to go, there is no large lobby or crystal covered lighting. But... More

My girlfriend and I recently returned from a weekend getaway at the Sea Gull Motel. It is an older motel, so if you are looking for a lot of amenities this is not the place for you. Though the landscaping lacked and the rooms’ décor was a bit outdated it was easily overlooked by the accommodating staff and the motels... More
