Our first impression was not good: lobby is dark and uninviting, reception staff unfriendly! We had 2 rooms for 2 nights as rewards stay so perhaps this is the attitude for reward guests. The hotel is clean, has a large selection for breakfast and close to a mall with nice stores & great selection of restaurants. The only thing it is missing is lattes or a cafe nearby. They have regular coffee but I prefere something stronger. There is a Dunkin Donuts two blocks away. More
