The overall property and country club was lovely, but the cottage was a disappointment. Spartan furnishings. Found the interiors old, dirty and poorly maintained. Proximity to the ocean its one asset. Without that, the units would not rent for 1/2 of their price. This reminded me of a no-frills cabin at a ski resort.
