The Pink House is hard to rate. We absolutely adored the innkeepers, a couple of seventy-year-old empty nesters who've converted their former children's rooms to guest lodging. My sister and I enjoyed staying at this intimate B & B for one night while in the area for a family party. The older couple hosts have lived here as their primary home for many years and sleep upstairs in their bedroom just across the hall. It is just a 2 room B & B with a shared bath.... More

Staying at The Pink House for the 4th time is was an absolute pleasure! The room was, as always, clean and cosy. We felt like we were staying in the awkward company of a couple whose children had left the house and now they were "renting" their children's bedrooms and small bathroom and calling it a B&B. And that's ok but only if they charge half the price.

Nancy and Jim are welcoming, informative, and interesting conversationalists. The house is charming, comfortable, and in a good location. Nancy's original art works are found throughout the house.

Nancy and James were wonderful hosts and offered bountiful suggestions for our ventures into Salem and the surrounding areas. The house is beautiful, decorated in paintings (all done by Nancy); completely cozy, as though you were at home. The breakfast was amazing and quite filling - the price could not have been better! Thanks for a great 2 night stay!
