Ah, to visit the Village Inn again...what a pleasure. If your looking for the lights to come on, the curtains to open and the big screen tv to come on when you open the door, your in the wrong place. But if you want a clean and comfortable Bed and Breakfast, where the food and drink are terrific and the... More

We stayed at the Village Inn this weekend and I can't begin to state in words what a GREAT experience we had. The room we had was small and old- such a feel of history - it is what a historic B&B should be. I love the old fashion quaintness of it all ---everything from the wall paper, to the... More

I was here in Lenox with 25 chorale students as we were in the caroling festival competition. They couldn't have been nicer to all of us. The breakfast was wonderful and we all had a great time. The town looks like the GILMORE GIRLS. The kids were enchanted! We are going back! Everyone was wonderful to us.

On our spontaneous little fall-foliage tour from Mass to Maine we came along this wonderful little B&B. They got us a wonderful rate on a walk-in-basis. The room was wonderful, really like a B&B in New England should be. The location is wonderful, too, as is the breakfast, which is cooked to your order in the morning. Although we stayed... More

We were refugees from Hurricane Sandy, out of power for 3 days when we left town with no known destination. Ending up in Western Mass. I called a few places looking for a warm bed and hot shower. The folks at the Village Inn put us up at no charge, took care of us, gave us a wonderful breakfast, and... More

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and charming. Had dinner at the inn on Saturday night and it was very good. The breakfast that was included was also very good. On Sunday morning, it was buffet style. On Monday morning we ordered from a menu. Downstairs from the inn... More

• Hard foam pillows • Could not control the heat • Day old coffee at 8AM • No breakfast served as promised • No one showed up for work by 8:30AM! • Lots of street noise at 5AM • Total joke of a business • One of the worse places I have ever stayed

Dear Arvidkopp, We are very sorry to hear that you’re stay with us did not meet your expectations. Your honest feedback is appreciated and will be taken seriously. A member of our personnel was delayed that morning for reasons beyond their control, so even though breakfast hadn’t been served 8-10:30 as promised, it WAS served as soon as possible. We... More

We stayed one night at the Village Inn B & B. Its location is primo, right across from one of the best galleries in Lenox (Hoadley Gallery). It's a very old New England house, renovated for B & B. Tiny rooms, no place to put your suitcase with its dirty airport wheels....tiny closet. Still, charming. Canopy bed just like in... More

Old Inn with many different rooms. I would not say you would stay here for a luxury experience, but rather for an interesting look at how people used to live. The bed and breakfast is quite large and the rooms are located over a pub/tavern. The breakfast that came with the room was very good. Room was clean and had... More
