Have been staying here during the week, every week since February. Everything has been outstanding. Cannot ask for anything more. Brand new flatscreen t.v.'s! Super friendly staff. The absolute BEST VALUE ON THE CAPE!

The pool and hot tub were inoperable...Noisy rooms, doors do not close all the way, people smoking outside no smoking rooms with smells coming inside. Front desk clerks were not very personable. There are no elevators. Breakfast area was gross. I walked down to breakfast the first morning w my daughter looked around and left. Waffle iron was filthy, counter tops were gross. There was an attendant but she had to be paged. One side of the hotel was being renovated. I just couldn't belive... More

Stayed here last year and am planning a vacation to come back. Room was clean. Jeff and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool is a great option if you have kids and you don't want to truck everyone to the beach. Breakfast spread has a lot of great options.

Had excellent time at Hyannis Comfor Inn this past St Pats weekend...basketball & hockey tournaments all over the Cape and all hotels full to the tilt....Jeff and the others had their hands full 1st night as kids (and parents) had to much fun...Took extra steps for Saturday by keeping Pool open till 10pm and working closely w/ coaches to "monitor"...
