Nice clean rooms, widows on each side, so lots of natural light, even in the bathroom. We booked for one night and stayed for four. Even over Labor day weekend the room rates were good for Cape Cod. Excellent base for exploring the Cape. Much better than other two star rated hotels. More

This motel has obviously done a recent renovation with all new windows, and remodeled bathrooms. We booked two adjoining rooms were given ones on the first floor.
