This hotel looks like it has not been updated since the late '60s. So while the location is great down by the waterfront in Hyannis the rest leaves much to be desired. The hotel is clean but very dated. Feels like a flashback to the 60s. It is walking distance to most areas of Hyannis. On future trips to Cape Cod I'd stay in another area perhaps Chatham. more
