Besides the HORRIBLE customer service and the rude front desk night manager, the hotel is a haven for local transients (in the parking lot all hours of the day and night), the room was far from clean, and the beds are too small. Stayed for a brief, 12-hour stay. The place was new-ish, clean, the staff was good humored, the beds were really comfortable, and even the roll-away bed was comfy. Surprising how much we all liked it. More

I've stayed at this Howard Johnson twice and each time was very pleased with both accomodatons along with the attentiveness of their staff.
