It is difficult to find a decent, inexpensive motel in this area. Econo Lodge fits the bill. It is clean, new and modern. Staff was very friendly and egar to help. Just returned from a short visit to the Pioneer Valley area in Hadley Ma. Drove my daughter back to college after Spring break and needed a place to stay. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The location was great for shopping. We were just passing through Hadley and were unsure of the Econo Lodge. We would absolutly stay there again. more

Stayed here for two nights and will never go back. Woke up with bites all over my body. The place looks clean enough but it isn't. I wouldn't recommend it. The Econo Lodge on Rt 9 in Hadley is simply the cleanest, cheapest place to stay when visiting the Five College area. Nothing fancy, but the property is newly built and there is a small swimming pool.
