The inn was affordable and our room was clean. Some of the room lights were not working and the hair dryer fell out of the wall in the bathroom. The front desk staff was distracted and not interested.

The front desk folks were very nice and the room was fairly affordable given the high peak autumn time of year. However, I saw a couple of fleas in my room and a couple of long hairs in the shower wall which weren't mine. I really wished it was cleaner.

Check in was OK and the room was OK too although the desk clerk put us in a floor which was only accessible by stairs, in spite of the fact I was sitting in a wheelchair - no elevator. She had to re-assign us. The WiFi was not working and we rely on this since we are 3,000 miles away... More

No hot water, plastic on bed under sheet was unpleasant, weak and unstable wifi, housekeeping that demanded that room be cleaned at 9:15, no sound insulation, dated and dingy decor.
