This is a really cute place. It is set back from the road and you have lovely views of trees on both sides of your room. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and breakfast is delicious. My family had a fantastic weekend at Briarcliff. It is what we're always looking for, but have never been able to find: a reasonably priced, contemporary motel, with owners with terrific personalities. They were also incredibly welcoming of our 2 year old. There is a reason that it is so highly rated.

We stayed for a weekend this spring and found the accommodations ideal for the price. Modern and clean facility, great fresh breakfast, large grounds to relax, comfortable beds,and dog friendly. Vry friendly proprietors. A perfect combination in the Berkshires! We highly recommend the Briarcliff Motel.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 days here just after Easter. A comfy room, lovely big grounds for our dog to explore, and terrific owners who provide excellent advice and even better granola.
