This place hasn't been redone in 40 years. We were snowed by the location. The carpet is essentially 40 year old astroturf. The walls are filthy. We stayed during the off season. The room was very clean and right on the beach which was perfect. They offer a continental breakfast with coffee, donuts and bagels which we didn't expect.
