We have been coming to Cape Ann Motor Inn for over 15 years. We love it. The rooms are not spectacular...the view is. The rooms are beach, kid and pet friendly and clean. The location is amazing. This motel is literally on Long Beach, which is a beautiful, family-friendly, long beach with an island at the far end that offers more amazing views and hours of exploration.
